The area of low pressure aloft, which brought the unsettled weather, is leaving the state. There could be one or two showers across south Arkansas this evening, but most of the state should remain dry.
Expect some patchy fog Saturday morning, the very warm and humid conditions will be the big weather story this weekend. Expect afternoon highs approaching 90 in many areas of the state with overnight lows in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. A new storm system and cold front will bring rain and storm chances back into the forecast Monday night into Tuesday.
