Recipe from April Daniels of Nipomo, Calif.

Total Time:  35 min

2 bags of frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups rice, cooked
3 cans of chicken, drained
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can cream of broccoli soup
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 package chushed up saltine crackers
1/3 cup milk (for soups)
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

1.  Cook broccoli and rice in seperate pots.

2.  Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

3.  Mix milk, soups, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in large bowl until all lumps are gone.

4.  Once rice and broccoli are cooked, get a large casserole dish and spray non-stick cooking spray all over dish.  Put a thick layer of rice on bottom of dish, then a thick layer of broccoli, then layer the chicken on top of the broccoli.  Pour the soup on top and place the crushed up crackers on top of soup.  Then layer the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.  Serve hot.

Yield: 10 Servings

Comments: Good for the next day as a lunch or for parties.
