Recipe from Lois Catheline of Youngstown, OH

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time:  1 hr

3 Tbsp oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp water
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Chicken pieces

1.  Oil bottom of baking sheet.  Mix egg and water.

2.  Dip chichen pieces in egg mixture and then into bread crumbs.

3.  Put each piece of chicken on oiled baking sheet in single layers.

4.  Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown.  Turn each piece over and finish cooking to brown other side until done about another 20-25 minutes.  Do not over cook to prevent drying.

Yield: 2 to 3 pieces per desired serving

Comments: This chicken is very moist and loved by all my family and friends.
