    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped 1 onion chopped thin Kalamata olives Feta cheese, cubed Parsley, chopped fine Place lettuce in bowl, top with olives, feta, onions and garnish with parsley. Add dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  •  1 pkg Jiffyy corn muffin mix
  •  1 16 ounce container sour cream

Directions:

  1. Mix egg, butter and muffin mix together.
  2. Add corn.
  3. Put mixture in buttered casserole dish and fold in the sour cream.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
