This isn't your typical peanut butter cup! It's served in a glass and it packs plenty of calcium and eight other essential nutrients found in milk! For a frostier shake, freeze some chocolate milk in ice cube trays. Use two chocolate milk "ice cubes" in place of 1/2 cup of milk. Makes 2 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups 1% lowfat chocolate milk

2 tablespoons reduced fat creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup fat free chocolate or vanilla frozen yogurt

Instructions:

1:CHILD/ PARENT STEP:  Measure chocolate milk, peanut butter and frozen yogurt.

2:CHILD STEP:  Add ingredients to blender.

3:CHILD/ PARENT STEP:  Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
