WAITSFIELD, Vt., May 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ed Townley has recently been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Agri-Mark, after nine years as Chief Financial Officer for Cabot Creamery Cooperative.  In his capacity as COO, Townley assumes the role previously held by Dr. Richard Stammer, who was appointed CEO for Agri-Mark in November 2012, and remains as CEO.
