The California Fields Salad is made with fresh watermelon, strawberries, field greens and baby kale, with housemade Champagne vinaigrette, feta and California pistachios. The celebration of greens continues with the limited-time return of our classic Tricolore Salad Pizza, made with a caramelized Parmesan pizza crust topped with field greens, tomatoes and shaved Parmesan, tossed in freshly made Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. For dessert, guests can enjoy the Strawberry Shortcake, made with fresh shortcake biscuit and piled high with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream and housemade candied lemon zest.
