Pittsburg County authorities arrested a 26-year-old man for reportedly impersonating officers and running a fake search and rescue operation.

Deputies with the Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office booked Bryan Michael Sebesta on an outstanding warrant from Tulsa County Thursday. At the time of his arrest he was going by the name Bryan Murphy.

KTUL has learned that the PCSO was made aware of Sebesta's criminal activity after he recently contacted them offering his assistance. He allegedly runs an fake operation named the "Black Diamond Search and Rescue."

Officials stated that Sebesta most recently took his operation to Arkansas to the communities hit by tornadoes last weekend.

PCSO reached back out to Sebesta after discovering he impersonated the Wagoner County Emergency Management director, a deputy director and a police officer on school grounds. When he arrived, deputies arrested him on the spot and notified the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies with the TCSO are in the process of transporting him back to Tulsa County.
