Classic Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients:
Dough: Glaze:
 1 box yellow cake mix 1 (4 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
 2 pkgs. Fleischmann's rapid-rise yeast 1 ½ cups powdered sugar 
5 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp. milk (optional)
 2 ½ cups warm water (115-120 F)

Filling: 
4 Tbsp. cinnamon 
½ cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar

Directions: 
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, yeast, and 4 cups of flour and mix well with a whisk. Add warm water and mix well while adding the remaining cup of flour. Knead a few times until the dough forms into a ball. Let rise for 30 minutes. Knead a few more times. Divide dough into halves. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread top with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Roll up and cut into ½ to ¾ inch slices. Let rise again for 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Drizzle with glaze mixture while still hot.

Filling: Combine cinnamon and sugar and whisk well until all blended. Set aside.

Glaze: Combine powdered sugar and softened cream cheese in a small bowl and whisk together until blended and smooth (add milk if needed).

Makes 24 to 36 rolls.
