LR Police search for murder suspect in Thursday shooting

LITTLE ROCK – Police are searching for a murder suspect following a shooting Thursday afternoon on Rinke Road.

Ronnie J. Hervey, 35, is being sought on 1st degree murder charges in connection with the death of Martin Henderson, 38, who was found suffering from a gunshot wound at 5221 Rinke Road just before 4 p.m.  Henderson later died from his injuries.

Police say Hervey, who is also known as “100” may be driving a 2000’s model 4-door red sedan, and is known to stay at various southwest Little Rock motels.

    Saline County celebrated the return of it's “Lost Seal” by installing a historical civil war marker. The county hasn't had the seal since 1863 but it is now back in the counties possession.In 1996 Gary smith of Pine Bluff found discovered the seal with his metal detector in Grant County.More >>
