SUGAR BROWN LIGHT                                   1/2 cup

HERB FRESH DILL - CHOPPED                       1/3 cup (1/8 cup Dried)

SEASONING SALT KOSHER                           2 tbl

FISH SALMON FILLET 6 OZ                            8 each

Olive Oil                                                               1oz

 

Assembly Instructions

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Place fish, skin side down, in a 13 x 9–inch baking dish. Rub sugar mixture over fish. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Preheat Pan Until Med/High Heat.
  • Wipe off remaining sugar mixture from fish with a paper towel.
  • Pan sear both sides of fish until Med Rare or until desired internal cooking temperature has been reached.
