Griffin announces campaign haul for first quarter

  Republican Congressman Tim Griffin announced Tuesday that his campaign for Lt. Governor raised $105,545 during the month of March and has $265,626.49 cash on hand.

"I am overwhelmed by and grateful for the generosity of Arkansans from all four corners of our state. They know that the state needs common sense, conservative policies put in place to grow good-paying jobs, help Arkansas compete and make better use of their tax dollars," Griffin said.

 Griffin joined the race in February, after announcing last fall that his 2nd term in Washington would be his last. He faces State Rep. Andy Mayberry and State Rep. Debra Hobbs in the May 20th primary. John Burkhalter is the lone Democrat in the race.
