Cotton announces $1.35 million in first quarter

 Republican Congressman Tom Cotton announced Monday that his Senate campaign has raised $1,357,263 during the first quarter of 2014.

 Cotton will report having raised a total of $4,823,916 during the 2014 election cycle.

 "I am incredibly humbled by the outpouring of support from Arkansans from every corner of our state.  Last week I announced our campaign's 75-county grassroots effort, and our fundraising success will only bolster our momentum going forward," Cotton said in a press release.

 Cotton, who holds the 4th Congressional district seat, is running against incumbent Democratic Senator Mark Pryor, Libertarian Nathan LaFrance and Green Party Candidate Mark Sweeney in the November election.
