LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The U.S. Attorney's Office in Little Rock says a former financial adviser has been sentenced to two years in prison for bank fraud.

Christopher Williams of Bryant was sentenced Tuesday to the prison term followed by five years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay more than $200,000 in restitution.

Williams pleaded guilty to bank fraud in December.

Federal official say Williams admitted that after losing his job as a financial adviser in 2012, he re-established contact with a former client. During visits to the client's Little Rock home, Williams obtained financial account information that he used to access the client's online account, among other offenses.
