Home Invasion Leads To Shooting

Police are investigating a home invasion that led to a shooting in North Tulsa.

It happened around 3:30 this morning near Apache and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The suspect, who was dressed in all black, shot the homeowner once in the torso.

He's been taken to the hospital.

But his condition is unknown at this hour.

Several children were home at the time but were not hurt.

Police say, right now, it is unclear if the homeowner and the suspect knew each other.
