The American Red Cross is holding a blood drive this month at a popular shopping destination.
Shoppers at Woodland Hills Mall will have an opportunity to donate life saving blood to the Red Cross blood bank during several drives beginning this weekend.
The blood drives will take place on the lower level of the mall in front of Sears on the following dates:
Feb. 1, 2, 15, 22 and 23.
Volunteers will be accepting donations based on appointments and walk-ups. To sign up for an appointment ahead of time visit www.redcrossblood.org or call 1(800) RED-CROSS.
Hours of availability will vary. To check on the hours, call Woodland Hills Mall at (918) 250-1449 the morning of the blood drive.
Woodland Hills Mall is located at 7021 S. Memorial Drive.
A groundbreaking ceremony took place Thursday afternoon in Tulsa County at the site of a proposed Macy's distribution plant.
