Update: Man shot attempting to sell ring on Craigslist, suspects' vehicle sought

Update: Police have identified the suspects' vehicle as a black Dodge Challenger with a gray stripe.

"392 Hemi" is inscribed on both back fenders and the vehicle may have Florida license plate 433VCE.

SEARCY (KATV) - Police are looking for suspects who they say shot 40-year-old Shane Looney, after he attempted to sell a ring listed on Craigslist.org Friday night. 

According to a statement from Searcy Police Department spokesman Corp. Steve Hernandez, around 7:00 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at the JC Penney parking lot. 

Corp. Hernandez said Looney was shot in the stomach by the suspects, after making arrangements to meet them in the parking lot to sell the ring.

Looney is reportedly recovering after having made it through surgery.  

The suspects are described as two black men and one black female driving a black car.
