Green Leaf Grill

 

3 oz pizza dough, or a prepared pre baked dough from store

¾ oz sautéed mushrooms

½ oz olive oil

1 T parsley chopped

3 T mozzarella cheese shredded

½ T oregano

¼ cup julienned red onion

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 T pumpkin seed & basil pesto

 

Prepare flatbread dough according to recipe and reserve to build flatbread.

 

Stretch dough to a nice size rectangle. Place onto sheet pan or pizza peel. Spread olive oil evenly over dough, sprinkle with oregano and black pepper. Build the flatbread with the mushrooms, cheese and red onions. Place into a 425 degree oven and cook until the bottom is crispy and the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and cut into desired serving sizes. Drizzle top of pizza with pesto. Serve warm.
