Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) shares closed up 7.55 percent on about 22 million shares traded. The stock hit a new all-time high of $64.99 during intra-day trading and was one of the biggest gainers in the NYSE. Walt Disney Co named Twitter Inc co-founder Jack Dorsey an independent board director. Back in November, Twitter’s initial public offering valued Dorsey’s roughly 4.9 percent stake in the messaging service at about $1 billion.

Tesaro, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSRO) shares closed down 24.75 percent on Monday with nearly 3 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners in the NASDAQ. The big tumble came after results were reported for two late-stage trials involving rolapitant for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, or CINV. Rolapitant failed to demonstrate statistical significance in any of its secondary end points.

Unique Pizza & Subs Corp. (OTC: UPZS) shares closed up over 150 percent on Monday and was one of the biggest gainers in the OTC market. The stock traded over 116 million shares. The unusual breakout came without any significant news released by the company. Unique Pizza & Subs Corporation engages in ownership, operation, franchising, and conversions of pizza and sub shops in the United States.

Olie Inc. (OTCBB: OLIE) shares closed down nearly 50 percent on Monday with over 42 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners in the OTCBB market. The company came out with two significant pieces of news. Olie Inc., a development stage company, focuses on providing music production services to independent musicians.

Police say Bernard Sherrod, 20, was found shot outside of his apartment complex on Bryant street.
