Supreme Court to hear religious objections to health care law

Posted: Updated:

WASHINGTON (CNN) - The Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to referee another dispute over the Affordable Care Act - often referred to as "Obamacare" - regarding whether businesses can use religious objections to escape a requirement to cover birth control for employees.

Companies that don't offer the coverage could be fined up to $1.3 million daily. One of the companies the court will look at is the arts and crafts store Hobby Lobby. The corporation already won in lower courts.

The Supreme Court will likely hear arguments in March with a ruling by late June.
