Tulsa -

A winter storm left roads slick and hazardous across a large portion of Oklahoma Sunday into Monday morning.

From Oklahoma City to the southwest, state troopers reported snow and ice were making roads hazardous for drivers.

According to a statement from the Department of Public Safety, several roads were closed in areas of Green Country including parts of Rogers, Pittsburg, Payne and Okfuskee Counties.

ODOT officials urged the importance of driving with caution due to the possibility of icy and slick roads. Bridges and overpasses also were the most hazardous causing collisions and traffic backups.
