CABOT (KATV) -

Cabot's flea markets came together this weekend for a new event.

It was the city's first "Trail of Fleas."

Vendors in the various stores offered discounts and refreshments.

And there were items to fit every style and budget.

"Flea markets are a great place to shop, you know, especially with the economy like it is," said Debra Bates of Flea Bitten Flea Market. "You can furnish your home, you can decorate your home, your yard."

Owners also said shoppers could pick up unique Christmas gifts without breaking the bank.
