Lynchburg, VA - Lynchburg Police say they have found a teenage boy who went missing Sunday.
They say Kyle Grierson, 17, was picked up by deputies in Bedford County, near the place where he was last seen in the New London area.
He appeared to be in good health and is getting checked out at the hospital.
Lynchburg, VA- Officials in Lynchburg and Bedford County are looking for a missing juvenile who they say may be endangered.
Detective Glenn Anderson with the Lynchburg Police Department says 17-year-old Kyle Grierson went missing from the Wyndhurst area around 11 a.m. Sunday morning. Grierson was visiting with his family from Virginia Beach.
We're told he walked away from his family and never came back. He was last seen heading down Enterprise Drive toward Laxton Road. Anderson believes Grierson may have been spotted later Sunday evening around 4 p.m. near the New London Academy in Bedford.
Anderson says Grierson's family is concerned for his safety because he has not taken his medication. Grierson is 5'11, weighs around 130 pounds, has dirty blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. If you have any information on his whereabouts call 911 or contact the Lynchburg Police Department.
