Ingredients

½ banana

½ cup frozen berries

1 (6-oz.) container strawberry yogurt

2 ice cubes

 

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients well in blender.

2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

3. Be sure to wash your hands and fresh fruit before preparing.

4. Freeze your smoothies in plastic cups and take them in your cooler for picnics.

5. Use one cup of frozen or other fresh fruit instead of bananas and strawberries.
