One woman killed in Grant County accident

SHERIDAN (KATV) - A woman is dead after a one-vehicle accident in Grant County Saturday afternoon.

Shortly before 4 p.m., 52-year-old Anita McBride was driving west on Highway 270 near Sheridan when her truck crossed into the east bound lane, struck an culvert and flipped over, according to Arkansas State Police initial reports. 

A coroner pronounced McBride dead on the scene. 

State troopers are investigating the crash.
