UPDATE: Man accused of rape surrenders to authorities

Update: Pulaski County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said Toatley surrendered himself to authorities on Friday.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department are on the lookout for a man accused of raping a woman last week.

According to an incident report, A North Little Rock woman said 23-year-old Colin Toatley raped her after following her home from a bar on October 17th.

Toatley is charged with rape and a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.

Toatley is described as 5'9'' and 180 pounds. 

Pulaski County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said Toatley has a Little Rock address, but he is also known to frequent the Pine Bluff and Malvern areas.
