Posted: Updated:

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Three people were arrested after an officer involved shooting over the weekend.

Around 9:45 Sunday night, a witness called police saying they saw two people taking pictures of themselves holding long guns on the porch of a home in the 1000 block of S. Monroe Street.

Sgt. Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock Police Department said when officers arrived, two black men ran inside the home and started shooting at them so police fired back. When the shooting stopped, three black men and one black woman surrendered and were taken into custody.

As of Monday afternoon, only three of those original suspects were charged: 19-year-old Etavious Smith, 22-year-old Vandorian Pittman and 20-year-old Jamie Clayton.

One suspect was shot in the foot and one officer was grazed in the right leg. SWAT was called to go through the home to recover the weapons seen by witnesses but, at last check, no weapons were found.

All three were charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Clayton was also charged with a weapons violation because he is a convicted felon. Smith was wanted on a failure to appear charge out of traffic court in Pulaski County.

The name of the officers involved have not been released.
