FAYETTEVILLE (AP) - Pine Bluff would like nothing more than another chance at the Class 6A state championship.

The Zebras, who lost in last year's championship game to Greenwood, are ranked No. 2 this season in Class 6A and face one of their most difficult 6A tests yet when they travel to face conference foe Lake Hamilton (4-1) on Friday night.

Pine Bluff (3-1-1) tied Class 7A Fort Smith Northside in its opening game this season, and it lost to another Class 7A school, North Little Rock, two weeks after that. The Zebras have won two conference games since, including a 9-3 win over Bryant last week, and hope for a repeat of last year's 40-9 win over the Wolves.

Lake Hamilton defeated Pine Bluff twice in 2011 on its way to the state championship game. The Wolves are hoping the home field helps on Friday.
