SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KATV) - A missing 5-year-old from Sebastian County was found safe Thursday afternoon.

Quinn Whitsitt's grandfather said the boy was asleep in his bed at 1:00 Thursday morning, but by 6:00, he was gone and both the home's inside and garage doors were open. He was found safe in Albuquerque, N.M., Thursday afternoon.

Quinn's mother, Rainy Whitsitt, lives in New Mexico and has no custodial rights. Authorities say it's possible she took Quinn.

A second person of interest is Rainy's possible boyfriend, 47-year-old Rodney Romero, driving a 2013 Ford CMAX which may be unlicensed. Rainy has a protection order against Romero.
