Arkansas man wins a million in lottery

MARMADUKE, Ark. (AP) - A Marmaduke man has won $1 million in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

 Lottery officials said Wednesday that Donald Duke claimed the prize after purchasing a $20 Millionaire Madness ticket at a Quik Stop in Marmaduke.

 Duke said in a news release that he plans to make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and save and invest the remaining funds.
