I don't want to participate in a health insurance plan.

In 2014, anyone who can afford health insurance and chooses not to purchase a plan will be subject to a fee of 1 percent of your yearly income or $95 per person – whichever is higher. You’ll also have to pay for 100 percent of your healthcare costs.

The fees will increase each year.
