Little Rock named among worst cities for fall allergies

Little Rock is moving up in the rankings for cities with the worst fall allergies.

Little Rock moved from 16th last year to 14th this year on the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America's list.

Contributing to that ranking: The foundation says our pollen score is worse than average. Medicines used per patient is worse than average. However, when it comes to board certified allergists per patient - we're better than average.

    "Lost Seal" from Civil War era returns to Saline County

    Saline County celebrated the return of its“Lost Seal” by installing a historical civil war marker. The county hasn't had the seal since 1863 but it is now back in the county's possession. In 1996 Gary Smith of Pine Bluff discovered the seal with his metal detector in Grant County.More >>
