PULASKI COUNTY (KATV) - A 41 year old, seemingly healthy man died at the top of Pinnacle Mountain Sunday afternoon, according to the county coroner.

Bryan Needham had climbed Pinnacle Mountain around 3:30pm when friends say he had symptoms of heat stroke. But before medical personnel could reach him, he went into cardiac arrest and died.
