LR police officer fired for behavior in Fayetteville bar

A Little Rock police officer is out of a job. Jeffrey Harris allegedly displayed a gun during a bar fight in Fayetteville this April.

The Little Rock Police Department released Jeffrey Harris' termination letter Thursday afternoon.

It says Harris drew his weapon and waved it at people at the bar, then used profane language and made a quote "racially derogatory statement."

Harris has 10 days to appeal his termination.
