Elicia Dover

Elicia Dover is excited to be back in her home state of Arkansas after reporting and producing breaking news as a Digital Journalist at ABC News in New York.

In 2013, Elicia was awarded a Peabody Award for team coverage of Hurricane Sandy and a national Edward R. Murrow Award for breaking news coverage of the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary. Elicia is also a four-time national News and Documentary Emmy Award nominated journalist.

Elicia spent the year 2012 traveling the country as an embedded reporter with a presidential candidate on the campaign trail for ABC News. She covered hundreds of campaign stops, presidential debates and conventions leading up to the election.

A native of Bryant, Elicia has covered many national stories but is excited to focus on news in her home state. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Journalism and Mass Communication.

She has a deep appreciation for Arkansas' beautiful hiking trails and grew up exploring the Natural State's national parks. In the Fall, you'll find her cheering on her favorite football teams: the Bryant Hornets, the Hogs and the Cornhuskers.
