1 killed, 1 hurt in Union County crash

MOUNT HOLLY, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say one person is dead and one is injured after a single-vehicle accident in Union County.

State police say the accident happened Sunday morning near Mount Holly. According to a preliminary report, 28-year-old Dillon Kemp of Farmington lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree.

Kemp was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger, 23-year-old Tylor Hodges of Louann, was injured and taken to Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado.
