"Stuff the Bus" for Cabot students

CABOT (KATV) - In a little more than a week, students will be heading back to school, but some children won't have the basic supplies they need to start the year.

A Cabot charity and the Cabot School District have joined forces to "Stuff the Bus" with supplies for those children. Anyone wanting to help may drop off their donations Saturday, August 10, from 7:00 a.m. to noon at the Walmart parking lot in Cabot.

Hope's Closet & Pantry, along with "It's About Kids" of the Cabot Public School District, will be taking donations of everything from notebook paper to #2 pencils.

School Supplies requested are:

Notebook Paper, Spiral Notebooks

1" Binders

#2 Pencils

24-Count Crayons

Glue Sticks

Yellow Highlighters

Backpacks – Large and Small

Pocket Folders – Red, Blue, Yellow and Green

Colored Pencils

Pink-Pearl Erasers

Dry-Erase Markers

Crayola 10-Count Markers

3-Prong Pocket Folders – Red, Blue, Yellow and Green.
