Bake: 15 Min.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Dempsey Bakery mix
2 ½ cups (10 oz.) freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup butter softened
1 tsp half & half
1 tsp kosher salt
1 ½ tsp red pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F

Beat cheese, butter, cream, salt and pepper with heavy duty mixer until well blended then gradually add flour mix until combined. Form into a ball. Divide dough into two discs.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface using remains in package. Roll each disc into 1/8 inch thickness and cut into strips of cut into shapes and place on parchment paper for making.

Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
