Three reasons why working with a recruiter can help you find a job

Economists are calling the jobs report for July disappointing jobs report.

The US economy added 162,000 jobs during the month which makes July the slowest month for hiring since March.

Yet, the unemployment rate fell to 7.4 percent last month. That rate is the lowest since December 2008.  If you're wondering how we can be losing jobs and lowering the unemployment rate at the same time, it's because fewer Americans are looking for work.

But what if you're trying to get back into the work force or you feel it's time for a job change? Mike Stafford, jobs consultant with CEG Partners, tells Erin Hawley why working with a recruiter could be key.

    Saline County celebrated the return of it's “Lost Seal” by installing a historical civil war marker. The county hasn't had the seal since 1863 but it is now back in the counties possession.In 1996 Gary smith of Pine Bluff found discovered the seal with his metal detector in Grant County.More >>
