Posted: Updated:

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers say a Barnsdall woman is dead after a motorcycle crash in Tulsa County.

It happened Saturday just before 2 o'clock on State Highway 11 near S.H. 20.

Troopers say Thomas Daniels, Jr., 50, was driving when the motorcycle failed to negotiate a left turn.

Troopers say Daniels laid the motorcycle down on its side.  He and his passenger, Pamela Peacock, 55, were found 100 feet from the point of impact.

Peacock passed away at the scene.

Daniels was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Troopers say neither Daniels nor Peacock were wearing helmets.
