CONWAY (KATV) - Police are looking for the driver of a stolen vehicle.

An officer's licence plate reader caught the car's tags as it drove past him while out on patrol around 2:15 Thursday afternoon on Dave Ward by IC Corp. The officer last saw the truck driving more than 90 miles-an-hour southbound on Sturgis Road leaving the city.

Since then, other occupants of the truck have been tracked down by police but officers still have not found the truck itself. The occupants were found walking.

The driver is wanted for fleeing, theft by receiving because the truck had stolen license plates and reckless driving.

Anyone who recognizes the car of those inside is asked to call police at (501) 450-6120 or text an anonymous tip to CRIMES (274637) with "Conway" in the body of the text.
