Tulsa authorities placed a 22-year-old man in custody Friday accused of exposing himself to unsuspecting females earlier this month.

Officers with Tulsa Police Fugitive Warrant's Squad arrested Richard Colton Lynch. He was booked on two counts of indecent exposure.

According to the release from TPD, Lynch exposed himself to the women on several different occasions back on July 6 and July 8.

Both incidents took place at the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center. Shortly after the incidents, Sex Crime Detectives developed Lynch as a suspect and a Tulsa County warrant was then issued for his arrest.

Video surveillance also captured Lynch exposing himself to other victims, but they have not come forward to make a police report. Sex Crime Detectives would like for these additional victims to contact the Tulsa Police Department at 918-596-9222 to make a report.
