Sherwood Police say that during the investigation they discovered that Durham was the driver of the car which was registered to her mother.

Durham turned herself in at the Sherwood Police Department Friday, July 19.

Morrisa Hobbs is the aunt of victim, Jaylen Diggs. She says, "Kyisha was basically processed and released. It was just $5,000 bond so she only had to pay $500 to get out. It just seems like, we were all getting excited something is finally getting done and we get a phone call, 'well, she was released on bond today.'
