3rd suspect in Garland County murder arrested

HOT SPRINGS (KATV) -

A third suspect in the murder of an elderly Garland County man has surrendered to police.

According to the Garland County Sheriff's Department, 21-year old Chestly Gaston was taken into custody in Copperas Cove, Texas.

Gaston surrendered himself to authorities without incident.

No further details are being released on his capture. 

Gaston was wanted for the murder of 71-year old Dan Roberson.

Two other suspects, 18-year old Ethan Sallee and 17-year old Robert Glover, have been charged with capital murder for Roberson's death.
