Two Broken Arrow Residents Killed in Head-on Wreck

Two Broken Arrow residents were killed and a 7-year-old girl critically injured in a wreck north of Coweta in Wagoner County Sunday afternoon.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Nissan Pathfinder was heading north on 353rd East Ave. when it went off the road to the right, overcorrected and went into the other lane, when it was hit by a motorcycle traveling southbound.

The driver of the motorcycle, Kenneth Gray, 64, and his passenger, 52-year-old Jacquelyn Waid died from their injuries on scene, troopers said.

A 7-year-old passenger in the SUV was taken by Life Flight to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa in critical condition. The driver suffered minor injuries. Both are from Coweta.
