Ingredients

  • French bread, 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Genoa (or you favorite hard Salami), medium sliced
  • Fresh tomatoes, 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Fresh Mozzarella cheese , 1/4-inch thick slices
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Dijon mustard and Herbed Mayo

Directions

Lightly brush the outside of each bread slice with oil.  Layer with one slice Salami, tomato, a couple of Basil leaves, cheese and another slice of Salami.  Griddle over medium-high heat until warmed through and griddle marks on bread.  Serve with mustard and mayo.
