Tulsa Man Arrested For Meth Trafficking During Undercover Drug Bust

A homeless Tulsa man with prior felony convictions was arrested for meth trafficking during a drug bust Wednesday evening.

According to a booking report, Keenan Lamirand, 32, was set up by police and an informant and a deal was made to buy a half-pound of meth.

When Lamirand showed up to the meeting at a car wash on 21st and Garnett around 6 p.m. Wednesday, the informant was wearing a wire and caught Lamirand in the act of selling the drugs, police said.

Police said the meth Lamirand conspired to possess was actually 243 grams of meth, more than the half a pound he was planning to sell.

Lamirand was also charged with possession of a firearm.

He's being held without bond at the Tulsa Co. Jail.
