South Tulsa Restaurant Reopening After Fire Last Year

Posted: Updated:
Tulsa -

After shutting down for a year following a fire, a south Tulsa restaurant is re-opening this summer.

Silver Flame Steakhouse on 6100 S. Sheridan will be back open on July 8th, according to owner Abdul Ahlou.

The restaurant has survived two fires -- one in 2010, when an arsonist set the restaurant ablaze, and another last August. The cause for the fire has never been determined.

In a news release, Ahlsou said many of the original staff will return for the grand reopening and that the building has never looked better.
