Oklahoma City -

Authorities in Oklahoma County made a pot bust recovering more than 160 lbs. of marijuana and netting four arrests.

According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, a deputy stopped a white Ford Excursion that was straddling the lanes near I-35 and Hefner Rd.

After speaking with the driver, the deputy said he noticed conflicting reports about where the group of four was going and what they were doing -- so he set his drug dog "Axo" out to investigate.

The K9 hit on narcotics inside the SUV, and after investigating, the deputy and members of the Central Oklahoma Metro Interdiction Team found

three metal boxes inside the fuel tank with 162 lbs. of compressed pot inside.

All four people inside the SUV, all from El Paso, Texas, were arrested on marijuana trafficking charges and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
