Tulsa-Area Foreclosure Rates Down

Posted: Updated:

A new housing report out Tuesday indicates foreclosure rates in the Tulsa area are falling.

The figures, coming from CoreLogic, show foreclosure rates in April 2013 at nearly two and three quarters of a percent.

Down from this same time last year, the Tulsa rate is also lower than the national foreclosure rate.

That rate sits at over two and a half percent.

The report also says the local mortgage delinquency rate is over five percent - that's down from what it was at this time last year.
